A rare and unusual brooch marked Western Germany.  The lady head is a design from Lea Stein's serigraphy range of the 1960's period, and is noted with photograph in Judith Just's book " Lea Stein Jewelry'  I have been unable to find any information why this particular serigraphy is framed in gold tone metal framing, but it is documented that the serigraphy brooches of the 1960's were produced in Western Germany.  The serigraphy designs were lady head designs using screen printing where the ink image is pressed through a screen. So this is a very rare piece to add to a collection. It is in very good vintage condition with  a V shaped roll over clasp to the back. Measurement is 6cms x 5cms.  Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
